The Portland Commodore Users Group met and had a blast playing games, discussing new hardware and participating in "show and tell." Here are some of the highlights of the evening:

Commodore Joystick Switch

The group met and resolved some of the features of the Commodore Joystick Switch.

Progress is slow, but it looks like we have a design worked out. Here is a preliminary sketch of the circuit, designed by Jeff Hoag.

I released the Comet64 Internet Modem earlier this week and I was attempting to demonstrate how the modem ties in nicely with the Web site, but trying to share the wireless connection to a wired hub was a little tricky, so I just discussed the power of CommodoreServer.com and showed off some of its features.

What's cool about this is that the SX comes in a box. But he also has the "exterior" box that is normally sent to the dealer. This is the most complete Commodore SX-64 I have ever seen and I have to tell you - it is beautiful!
